Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be accepted on or before April 10, 2024. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 10, 2024. Substitutions may be made at any time. An administration fee of 10% will apply to cancellations. No liability is assumed by CSOT for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.
