Due to limited space, in order to ensure all sponsors and exhibitors are situated next to the companies specified in their registration forms, all booths will be assigned by the event organizers. You can find your booth location in the "Floorplan" button above. If you have any concerns about your booth location, please contact partnerships@secretariatcentral.com.
When is booth set-up and tear-down?

Who do I contact with issues about my booth?
If you have questions about your booth assignment, please contact partnerships@secretariatcentral.com. If you have questions or concerns on-site during the conference, please ask the team at the registration desk for assistance.
How do I get electrical to my booth?

Can you store my materials before/after the conference?
Unfortunately, CSOT will not be able to store your materials before or after the conference. If you need options for storing your materials, please contact the venue.
How do I register for my badge?
You can register for sponsor badges using the "Representative Registration" button above.
Can I share my badge with my team members?
We kindly request that you do not share your badge with anyone. Having an accurate list of attendees at the event is essential for the safety and security of this event.
Can I attend the sessions?
Yes! Sponsor representatives are welcome to attend sessions.
Do I have to stay at my booth for the entire conference?
We encourage keeping your booth staffed at all break times and any time delegates are around the conference floor between sessions. CSOT is not liable for any items left unattended at your booth.
