As most of our sponsors are already aware, 2016 marked the final CSOT national conference. We are very excited about our new approach to networking and promoting within our organization. In order to better serve our membership and grow the effectiveness of the past conferences, we will now be holding sponsored regional symposiums all across Canada, ie, major centres and smaller communities instead. This will be of much greater benefit to more of our members by enabling those who were unable to travel to attend the national conferences, to attend these new local regional symposiums. Regional symposiums will give greater exposure for sponsors and networking opportunities with our members through hosting more, smaller events in various cities across Canada.

To this end, we are asking for your continued support as a Corporate Sponsor at a reduced annual fee of $3,500.00. As a Corporate Sponsor you will receive:

• One full page four colour ad in the BodyCast journal,
• Five complimentary copies of the BodyCast journal and newsletter,
• Corporate listing in the BodyCast journal and newsletter,
• CSOT website listing with logo and a link to your company site,
• One free mail out per year in conjunction with the journal,
• Complimentary CSOT membership,
• Reduced fee for a table top exhibit at any CSOT sponsored symposiums.

Symposium dates and locations will be approved on a first come, first served basis. Each sponsor would be responsible for all costs, choosing the venue, setting the programme, supplying any lunch/dinner and speakers. CSOT will advertise your symposium via email and when possible, the journal/newsletter. The program must include a registration form which will include a nominal registration fee for attendees. The registration form and fee must be sent to CSOT head office. We will advise you of the number of people attending, a list of their names and contact information ten business days prior to your event.

The first Western Regional Symposium was held in Calgary and was a great success. A second was held in Winnipeg and on May 4 and 5, 2019.

CSOT believes that industry plays an integral part in education and research. This industry group will represent a continued commitment to excellence in healthcare today and in the future. This new programme will acknowledge the valuable contribution from our Corporate members through enhanced visibility and partnership opportunities. Our goal is also to gain leverage with better planning, increased exposure and new growth of the Society.

Please consider that CSOT does not receive any government funding and relies solely on membership dues and Corporate Sponsors. We hope you will continue to support us as a Corporate Sponsor.

I understand Symposium dates and locations will be approved on a first come, first served basis. The fee will be determined by the CSOT prior to distribution of the program. The registration form and fee must be sent to CSOT head office. We will advise you of the number of people attending, a list of their names and contact information ten business days prior to your event. CSOT must be informed of your planned symposium three months in advance and the program must be received six weeks prior to the event in order to provide members with ample notice and to advertise on CSOT’s website. There will no NO registration at the door.
