REGISTRATION
What are the deadlines for registration?
Early bird registration closes October 5 and regular registration closes October 29.
Are discounts available?
Discounts are available for members. If you are interested in becoming a member click here.
How can I register and how much does it cost?

Is registration available onsite?
Please note that onsite registration will be limited. Full payments can be made by VISA or Mastercard.
Are meals included with my registration?
Breakfast is provided on both days of the Annual Symposium, as well as lunch on the Saturday of Annual Symposium.
I did not receive a registration confirmation; how can I get one sent to me?

Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellations will only be accepted on or before October 24, 2025. Please note there is a 10% administration fee applied to all cancellations. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 24, 2025. No liability is assumed by CSOT for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event.
